Do you deliver outside of the UK ?

At the moment we deliver to UK , USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

What is your jewellery made of ?

All of our jewellery is made of the finest quality sterling silver and stamped 925 to confirm its fineness, wherever possible.

What size are the chains  ?

All of our chains are 18 inches (45cm) in length

Can I exchange earrings?

For health and hygiene reasons we are unfortunately unable to refund or replace any earrings unless due to a manufacturing fault.

I have purchased an item elsewhere, can I exchange it with you ?

We are happy to deal with all online purchases from this site.However when an item has been purchased elsewhere and you need to return or query it, you need to send it to the retailer it was purchased from with proof of purchase, to allow them to help you with your query.

Where will my delivery be sent from?

We send all of our parcels directly from our studio in Scotland.
